How to create a new virtual tour...

  1. Log into ProRealtour
  2. Click "Build New Tour"
  3. Enter the "Property Infomation"
  4. Click "Continue"
  5. The Image Uploader will be displayed
  6. Upload your images
  7. Your images will be displayed on the "Tour Configuration" page
  8. If desired,
    1. Add Text to your Listing
    2. Add Titles to your Photos
    3. Add Captions to your Photos
    4. Add Music to your tour
  9. At any time, click "Save Your Progress", to save any changes you have made
  10. Click "Continue", when you are ready to "preview" your virtual tour
  11. Preview your v-tour
  12. If everything looks good - Click "Activate"
    1. If you still need to make additional changes, click the "Edit Property Details" button or click the "Make Changes" button to allow for further editing.
  13. Once "Activated" - your virtual tour is configured and your virtual tour URLs are displayed for you
  14. To "Distribute" your virtual tour, click on the "Listing Manager" link
  15. From the "Listing Manger", you will see all of your tours displayed. In the upper left corner of the individual virtual tour, is the "Distribute" button.
    1. Click "Distribute" - your is automatically distributed
    2. If there are any issues with distrbution - an error message will be displayed
